Born on February 19, 1986, in Kochi, Kerala, Khalid is the son of actor V. P. Khalid and brother of renowned director-cinematographer Shyju Khalid and cinematographer Jimshi Khalid.
Khalid began his career in the film industry as an assistant director, working on notable films such as “Ustad Hotel,” “North 24 Kaatham,” “ABCD,” and “Sapthamashree Thaskaraha”. He also showcased his acting skills in cameo roles in films like “Parava“ and “Mayaanadhi“.
