Urvil Patel is an Indian cricketer born on October 17, 1998, who plays for Gujarat in domestic cricket and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Although, he is a right-handed batsman and wicketkeeper known for his explosive batting style.
Urvil made his IPL debut on May 7, 2025, playing for CSK against Kolkata Knight Riders, scoring 31 runs off 11 balls.
He holds the record for the fastest T20 century by an Indian player, achieving it in 28 balls against Tripura in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
In his T20 Career he made over 1,000 runs in 45 matches with a strike rate of 161.72.
Also, he had a record of 415 runs in 14 matches with a strike rate exceeding 111.
